Step Up Your Steak Game: Our Secret to Perfectly Pan-Fried Steaks

The Ultimate Guide to Pan-Frying Steaks at Home: A Mouth-Watering Recipe You Need to Try!

Are you ready to elevate your steak game? Look no further! Today, my good friend Luis Bermudez and I are sharing our secret to the best way of cooking steaks at home - the pan-fried method.

First things first, make sure to season your steak well with salt and pepper. Then, give it a quick spray with some coconut oil and pop it in the fridge for six hours to marinate those flavors.

Two hours before you're ready to cook, take the steak out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. While you're waiting, make sure to spray your pan with some more coconut oil and get it extra hot.

Once your pan is nice and hot, it's time to sear every side of the steak until it's beautifully browned. Don't be shy with that heat! We want to create a nice crust on the outside while keeping the inside juicy and tender.

Next up, we're going to create a magical mixture of Montreal seasoning, butter, and rosemary. Melt the butter in the same hot pan you used to sear the steak, and then take the mix out.

Now it's time to cook the steak to your desired level of doneness. Make sure to flip it over and cook it on both sides until it's just right. And don't forget to add more of that delicious butter and rosemary mixture to finish it off with a burst of flavor.

Finally, let the steak sit for a couple of minutes before diving in. Trust us, this waiting period is crucial for the juices to settle and for the flavors to meld together.

We guarantee that you'll go absolutely crazy over this amazing pan-fried steak recipe. It's the best way to cook steaks at home and it'll have your taste buds doing a happy dance. Check out the video for even more mouth-watering tips and tricks.
